Are you eager to put your leadership skills to the test, taking charge of design projects from a client facing perspective? You’ll manage not only the mechanical design and technical aspects but also the financial and contractual aspects of Mechanical Building Services Design across a variety of project types within building services.
The business is over 100 hundred employees strong across 4 offices throughout the UK. London is currently 30+ heads with an ambitious growth target of 70 heads in the next two years for London alone. Therefore this position puts you in perfect stead to be part of the integral growth phase and work towards a Directorship / Division of your own.

Carry out full detailed design across the RIBA stages through a number of different sectors.
Comfortable in a client leading position, advising and winning repeat and new business.
Project manage and supervise projects, co-ordinating with other engineering and real estate disciplines
Prepare specifications, reports, design drawings and budget costs to programme
Peer review and overseeing external consultant designs
Mentorship of more junior members of staff, very capable of leading MEP Teams,
You’ll be joining a very high performing team of engineers that work across a variety of sectors including commercial, high end hotels, Retail, large Mixed Use schemes just to name a few.
