As they continue build on decades of success their expansion requires a talented Mechanical Design Engineer to join their ranks, to drive innovation and improvement.
With two manufacturing sites, one in Toowoomba and one in Brisbane and with more than 40 fitment outlets nationally, they are a leader in bull bars, brush rails and side steps, ute trays, ute canopies, GVM upgrades and suspension, Custom boxes, 4*4 accessories, truck bodies and agri crates.
With large scale expansion planned within the next 12 months, driven by international orders an opportunity exists for a candidate with relevant experience to bring their skills to the forefront.

• Research and Design of new products to meet market expectations
• Production of 2D fabrication drawings and 3D models in Solidworks
• Maintain and Administrate PDM
• Identify and implement engineering improvements
• Plan and manage work projects and packages
• Daily management of staff and allocation of appropriate resources
• Mentoring, Training and Development of the engineering team
• Steer projects through planning, concept, brief, design, review, and approval
• Provide technical knowledge and oversight
• We are looking for someone to solve the problem rather than staring at the problem
• Collaborate with clients and design teams to understand mechanical applications and requirements.
• Oversee the development and manufacturing of physical prototypes for testing.
