• Realize mechanical design and drawings in MCAD for brand A and derivatives for brand X with special attention to tolerance analysis, ID and tooling realization
• System integration of hearing aids in regards of mechanical engineering and design / hardware development of hearing aids and their features
• Assist in production transfer and product ramp-up processes to streamline manufacturing operations
• Manage BOM creation and maintenance within the PLM system for accurate inventory managementCreate, review, and release test specifications and reports, conducting evaluation and verification through component measurements and development of component tests and test equipment.
