GHT Limited, a leading DC Metro area MEP engineering consulting firm located in the heart of Arlington, VA, seeks bright and motivated entry-level Engineers with a strong desire for personal growth.
GHT’s Seasonal Summer Program is designed for individuals who have a minimum of two years completed in pursuit of a mechanical engineering degree. Seasonal Engineers will be assigned to the Base Building, Interiors, or Operations & Energy Services (OES) Studio.
Individuals selected for the program will acquire a working knowledge of the AutoCAD program with in-house training and understanding of all GHT’s standards, details and computer systems for engineering. They will perform assignments requiring application of basic engineering fundamentals and design/drafts (CADD input). All work will be closely directed, supervised, and reviewed by senior designers or engineers.
Candidates who have taken the Engineer in Training exam and/or are also active members or attend general meetings of technical society related to their field of competency (ASHRAE, IES, ASPE, NSPE, etc.) are a plus.
