Mechanical Engineer (applied science and engineering design)

• Mechanical Engineer - 5 years pneumatic experience
• Solid Works experience preferred or Inventor
• Onsite parking, Friendly Team environment

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conducting site visits when required
• Recommending what repairs or amendments are required for parts
• Produce 2D & 3D designs (compressors, cylinders, valves, pumps and more)
• Working closely with other engineers, stake holders to identify needs and further project opportunities
• Strong Continuous Improvement focus
• Strong New Product Development focus
• Strong understanding of applied science and engineering of both pneumatics and hydraulics
• Manage projects on own initiative

TO BE A SUCCESSFUL FIT FOR THIS FULL-TIME / PERMANENT ROLE, YOU WILL HAVE:

• A Degree
• 5 years’ 3D Software Design (Solid Works / Inventor)
• Deep knowledge of applied science and engineering
• Strong ISO knowledge
• Manage all Bills of Materials
• Strong PM and Leadership skills
