Due to expansion plans, we are currently hiring senior engineers to support our Healthcare, Laboratory, Commercial & industrial projects. The person would be someone who has a strong technical background and aspires to develop his/her management skills.

Well establish boutique consultancy firm that handles new build industrial development, A&A works for hospital OTs, patient wards and laboratory as well as office and commercial fit up. Our office also carry out technical and due diligence audit as well as authorities submission to SCDF, PUB, SP Powergrid, NEA and IDA etc.

MAIN ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Planning and Design of Mechanical engineering works for building services projects to deliver buildable design within a timely manner, and economical service to meet client’s requirement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design of mechanical services such as Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation, Fire Protection, Medical gas, Compress Air and Sanitary and Plumbing System etc.
• Presentation of design concept report to client.
• Preparation of M&E cost estimate base on approved design scheme.
• Preparation of technical specifications and tender documentation.
• Co-ordination of M&E services within the office.
• Reviewing of shop drawings, material submissions and handle RFIs.
• Verification of Work Progress and Variation Order for progress claim.
• Liaise with main contractor, architect, authorities to ensure technical compliance and timely completion of project.
• Carry out site investigation survey and submitting of technical reports.
• Project Management from pre-development through to completion, including the following
• Site Assessment and Inspection
• Design development and co-ordination
• Attend site meetings, technical meetings etc to resolve technical issues.
• Following up with authorities on submissions, inspection and issuance of certification.
