The successful individual will have the following:
5+ years design experience.
Proficient in AutoCAD.
Experience of using Revit and BIM which would be an advantage.
Excellent communication skills.
Knowledge & experience of ROI Regulations ideally.
Responsibilities of the role will involve the design of mechanical services (Eg: HVAC systems, water services & piping etc).
Implementing successful design solutions for a variety of projects, including: commercial, retail & healthcare.
The successful individual will share the professional ethos of this dynamic consultancy.
