Description:
Growing Billion dollar Co in Robards, KY has a need for an entry level Mechanical/Reliability Engineer. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented to join our Engineering department. As a Reliability Engineer, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our manufacturing processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring quality standards are met.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing manufacturing processes/equipment and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of process changes
- Monitor and analyze process data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization
- Conduct root cause analysis for process failures and implement corrective action
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- 0-3 years experience out of college
- Strong knowledge of equipment/process optimization techniques and methodologies
- Proficient in process simulation and modeling software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of regulatory and safety requirements
