Description:

Growing Billion dollar Co in Robards, KY has a need for an entry level Mechanical/Reliability Engineer. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented to join our Engineering department. As a Reliability Engineer, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our manufacturing processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring quality standards are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze existing manufacturing processes/equipment and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of process changes
  • Monitor and analyze process data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization
  • Conduct root cause analysis for process failures and implement corrective action
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • 0-3 years experience out of college
  • Strong knowledge of equipment/process optimization techniques and methodologies
  • Proficient in process simulation and modeling software
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Knowledge of regulatory and safety requirements
