Job Summary:
A Mechanical Engineer uses strong problem solving skills, in a structured approach to resolve technical and operational issues. This onsite role at our Batavia, OH location applies complex engineering/design practices to create engineering work products, manages assigned projects, and ensure compliance with standard processes, on-time delivery, error-free designs.

Work You’ll Do:

• Works independently to solve technical problems and deliver engineering solutions.
• Understand requirements and converts requirements into engineering work products.
• Respond to requests from Manufacturing, Sourcing, Quality, and other functional groups.
• Demonstrates Milacron values.
• Takes full accountability of personal work.
• Works within set priorities for workflow.
• Develops and proposes solutions to difficult problem.

Basic Qualifications:

• 2 Years of Progressive Engineering experience
• BS Engineering or equivalent combination of education/experience/training plus additional specialized training related to the position.
• Proficient in MS Office tools
• Problem solving skills based on structured data analysis.
