The POSITECH GmbH is a small special machine manufacturer with Swiss origins that is active in the field of filtration and inspection technology.
In 2019, the Swiss INSPECTO Automation AG was taken over and integrated into POSITECH GmbH as a new business unit.
For this location in Bautzen we are looking for an ambitious employee (m/f/d).
Aufgaben
1. Mechanical design of the machines sold in the POSITECH portfolio, especially inspection machines for refillable 5 gallon and 1.5 liter plastic water bottles.
2. Creation of concept and manufacturing drawings in 3D (AutoDesk Inventor 2018, Professional Suite) and 2D (LibreCAD), incl. deriving bills of material.
3. Creation of technical documentation, especially user manuals.
4. Project management in the course of the above-mentioned tasks, including permanent project monitoring, i.e. ensuring milestones and delivery dates.
5. Technical support for management and sales in preparing offers.
6. Support of the Managing Director in optimizing the manufacturing costs, in particular through the constructive implementation of ideas for improvement and standardization concepts.
Qualifikation
1. Mechanical Engineer (B.Sc) or something similar
2. At least initial practical experience in using 3D CAD programs in mechanical engineering, preferably with AutoDesk Inventor.
3. Very good language skills in English (written and spoken)
4. German language skills ready to use (certificate B1 or higher)
5. Willingness to travel occasionally
6. Entrepreneurial thinking
7. International background, open-minded and tolerant of different cultures
8. If you have just completed your studies, we will start with a one-year trainee program
Benefits
Full-time job (40 hrs/week).
Flexible working hours, occasionally home office possible (max. one day/week).
Annual salary EUR 36….40k plus year-end bonus depending on the results in terms of technological level achieved, delivery performance and financial success of the company.
