Description:
MAINTENANCE TRAINING PLANNING AND SHUT DOWN MAINTENANCE (SDM) PLANNING
- Planning and Execution :Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance training plans.Coordinate and oversee shut down maintenance (SDM) activities.
- Training and Reporting :Create and manage training schedules.Compile and distribute weekly and monthly maintenance reports.Conduct staff appraisals and performance evaluations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Min Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in MNC or chemical plant environment.
- Knowledgeable about Environmental, Safety, and Health (ESH) regulations.
- Proficient in computer applications & strong data analysis capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Strong planning and organizational skillsCapable of multitasking and performing well under pressure.
