Our client, a leading Electrical & Mechanical Engineering contractor are looking to hire a Mechanical Maintenance Project Manager for their North Dublin-based projects.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• The position will be a client-facing role with the primary goal of developing our engineering services maintenance department.
• You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and industry experts to successfully deliver cutting edge projects.
• Proven record delivering Mechanical projects from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover, on time and within budget.
• Experience in managing combined Mechanical projects a distinct advantage.
• Commercially and contractually competent with a good understanding of project P&L.
• Proven ability to manage an existing core cross-functional team / develop the team

REQUIREMENTS

• Relevant third-level qualification desirable (Mechanical / Building Services Engineering or similar) but not essential.
• Trade background for this role would be advantageous
• Knowledge of mechanical maintenance requirements in the building services environment essential
• 3 to 5 Years of leadership experience or substantial engineering support or project management experience in a team-based environment is required.
• Experience in HVAC maintenance although not essential would be a distinct advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, influencing, and presentation skills essential.
• Individuals must possess strong leadership skills and, a proven ability to coach and mentor individuals in technical skills and people development areas. The individual should enjoy working in a dynamic and results-driven team-based environment with flexibility essential.
• Excellent IT Skills essential
• Leadership, project management, and engineering experience essential
