Job Description:

• New Build / Ship repair

• Location : Tuas

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Participate in the design, development and modification of marine and drilling system in offshore vessel/rig
• Responsible for the entire CAD design engineering discipline. Execute design and drafting activities (Concept, Front End Engineering Development, Technical Study and Detailed Design).
• Produce general arrangements and detail design drawings and design deliverables to the required technical quality. Provide technical assistance to assigned discipline personnel as required and ensure all assigned work is carried out in compliance with the agreed budget and schedule.
• Assist lead engineer to ensure the system design comply with classifications rules, marine/offshore regulations and contract specification

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Provides drafting support to design engineers including structural, marine and piping functions
• Prepare as-built drawings
• Communicates with design engineers about the drafting requirements
• Prepare and drafting of drawings and complete as scheduled.
• Other project-related duties as assigned by management from time to time.
• Assist to ensure compliance with classifications rules, marine/offshore regulations and contract specifications.
