REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Physics, or related fields
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
- Results and innovation oriented
- Problem-solving skills
- Previous experience as a process engineer will be considered a plus
Responsibilities:
The objective of a process engineer is to develop, streamline, and improve the production processes of Probe Cards.
- Manage/collaborate on development projects related to the mechanical processes necessary for the creation of Probe Cards and the improvement of their performance: precision assemblies, micro-machining, definition of new structures and materials.
- Identify materials and machinery necessary for the processes, as well as the improvement or automation of existing ones.
- Draft, manage, and carry out the protocols for the related qualification and production release activities.
- Define control procedures and provide knowledge transfer to Production engineering personnel.
- Prepare development activity reports.
- Support Production in managing internal and external non-conformities.
- Tutor non-standard products and unreleased processes.
- Support foreign locations in the transfer and development of new processes.
