REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Physics, or related fields
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language
  • Results and innovation oriented
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience as a process engineer will be considered a plus

Responsibilities:

The objective of a process engineer is to develop, streamline, and improve the production processes of Probe Cards.

  • Manage/collaborate on development projects related to the mechanical processes necessary for the creation of Probe Cards and the improvement of their performance: precision assemblies, micro-machining, definition of new structures and materials.
  • Identify materials and machinery necessary for the processes, as well as the improvement or automation of existing ones.
  • Draft, manage, and carry out the protocols for the related qualification and production release activities.
  • Define control procedures and provide knowledge transfer to Production engineering personnel.
  • Prepare development activity reports.
  • Support Production in managing internal and external non-conformities.
  • Tutor non-standard products and unreleased processes.
  • Support foreign locations in the transfer and development of new processes.
