QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a proven track record in leading large-scale infrastructure or construction projects.
  • Strong proficiency in electrical design software and tools.
  • Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex electrical engineering problems and provide effective solutions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in leading the planning, design, and implementation of all electrical systems for the project, ensuring technical and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to integrate electrical systems with other project components seamlessly.
  • Oversee and coordinate the work of internal teams and external contractors, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Conduct system analyses, troubleshooting, and optimizations for ongoing efficiency and reliability improvements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, innovations, and regulatory changes to ensure the project remains at the forefront of electrical engineering practices.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers and project team members.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports and updates on project progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders and senior management.
