Description:
Semi State Utility.
You will be responsible for leading and co-ordinating the delivery of mechanical engineering projects on transmission and distribution networks, pipelines and AGI’s.
Projects will be a blend of planned, corrective and capital, taking responsibility for their safe completion on time, within scope and within budget.
Leading all operational activities in line with GNI Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental requirements.
Delivery of designated capital projects as and when required.
EXPERIENCE
Engineering degree, with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience working.
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills and ability to influence, advocate and persuade.
Proven ability to create and develop good working relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals, coupled with the ability to gain commitment from others.
Proven experience with identifying improvement opportunities, generating ideas and implementing solutions
