JOB DESCRIPTION

The Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. This role requires a strong background in mechanical engineering, with specialized training in quality assurance and control. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain quality systems and processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and testing of products to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the product development and production processes.
  • Analyze quality data and perform root cause analysis to address non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare and present quality reports and metrics to management.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications.
  • Participate in internal and external quality audits.
  • Provide training and support to staff on quality-related topics and best practices.
