Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Health and Safety Awareness at all times before during and after works have been completed.
  • MRSA (Carrying out Method Statement & Risk assessments on planned, remedial and project works)
  • Additional duties as requested by the Contract Manager
  • Assessing works and providing reports, quotations and remedial recommendations with costs after the completion of reactive tasks/works
  • Liaising with Helpdesk daily, weekly and monthly to schedule works
  • The ability to complete all paperwork and check sheets in a timely and appropriate manner
  • Prioritising of work load as required
  • Liaising with clients, technicians, helpdesk to ensure satisfactory outcome to all works
  • Implementation of all CBRE policies and procedures
  • Provide maintenance support to team on all ongoing works
  • Be point of contact on a daily basis for any ongoing challenges
  • Support and liaise with team and helpdesk on new business initiatives and procedures
  • Provide feedback and support to management on new initiatives and procedures implemented
  • Have input to monthly team meetings
  • Assist with quality, environmental & health and safety audits on client sites
  • Planned preventative maintenance of systems & services
  • Reactive repairs ensuring minimum downtime on plant and equipment
  • Proactive approach to delivering maintenance in an efficient and effective manner
  • Ability to complete building fabric/General operative tasks as required
  • Problem solving ensuring a solution for all required repairs in a timely manner
  • Positively and actively contribute to and participate in continuous improvement activities in the business
  • Working as part of a team on multi-disciplined projects
  • High standard of housekeeping, material handling and safety at all time
