The primary purpose of the role is to become the main day to day contact for the client. This will mean working with the team both internally and externally (with suppliers) to ensure the timely delivery of projects. As well as taking primary ownership of account and the management of high-quality outputs from the team.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree educated
  • Fluent in both German and English
  • Good organisational and administration skills
  • Strong communications skills

DESIRED REQUIREMENTS

  • Good Financial & commercial acumen
  • Knowledge of pharma regulations
  • Ability to use PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities:

  • Manage/delegate tactical & administrative processes
  • Continue to foster customer relationships to secure agency business & ensure customer satisfaction
  • Take the lead on developing strategic, creative & digital planning with input from team experts
  • Play an active part on new pitches and attend in-person pitch presentations when required
