Description:

Hartley People Recruitment, partnering with our client, is looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working Media Analyst to join their diverse team at the Dublin office. This role manages multiple daily client deliverables and works closely with executive clients to identify pertinent trends in their media coverage, proactively providing them with media intelligence insights and analysis reports.
The ideal candidate should be a self-starter, enjoy a dynamic work environment, and thrive in a high-pressure, deadline-oriented schedule.
This position offers Hybrid working.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in communications, journalism, public relations, English, or business.
  • Strong interpersonal communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage and analyse large amounts of media coverage and succinctly communicate insights to clients.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to interact and present to senior client executives.
  • Intellectual curiosity and commitment to staying updated on current events and global news.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilise our proprietary technology to assess and prioritize domestic and international media content for clients.
  • Curate daily client newsletters, highlighting significant company and stakeholder mentions, as well as industry trends.
  • Manage internal account resources for accurate analysis and insights delivery to clients.
  • Communicate with clients, senior executives, and C-suite contacts, establishing trust as a key point of contact.
  • Develop and lead account-specific training sessions based on analysis and client preferences.
  • Collaborate with Associate Analysts, other Media Analysts, Reporting Specialists, and the Client Success team for customer goal achievement and in-depth media analysis.
