THE ROLE

We exist to make low-cost travel easy, innovating and looking ahead to deliver the best experience to our customers. This shapes everything we do from our advertising to our website to changing the way we deal with disruption, to the way we are challenging the norms of the holidays sector.
The Media Analyst has two key areas of focus:
1) develop actionable data driven insights and measurement across easyJet’s media processes
2) enhance the impact of media activities through optimisation recommendations
You will report directly to our Head of Media Investment and have key stakeholders in our wider marketing organisation and media agencies.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As a media analyst, you will help us manage and optimise our media processes by leveraging data, analytics and best practice to support and execute our overall strategy. This role is key to helping easyJet accomplish efficient, effective media campaigns across all of our channels and markets as we roll out a test and learn agenda for our investments.
You will design, plan and help define our testing roadmap across our flights and holidays business in all of the relevant markets and partner closely with our agencies about which channels we test, where, what is the right test setup and what are the core success metrics of each test.
Working closely with other teams, you will ensure that relevant data, reporting and KPIs are available and you will recommend process optimisation opportunities.
You will also keep up to date with industry best practices and present new opportunities as appropriate
Requirements of the Role

You will have the ability to take your data, metrics and research and visualise these into consumable content for wider audiences, challenge assumptions, generate credible forecasts, and solve problems.
With a growth mindset you actively and intuitively seek ways to simplify process and improve performance .You will be comfortable with ambiguity - able to establish strategic direction and execute effectively in a cross-market organisation.
You will be capable of owning and writing complex documents and presenting/influencing stakeholders
