Space & Time are looking for a keen and customer-service focussed Media Executive with a passion for advertising and media buying, to join our team.

EXPERIENCE / SKILLS

  • Skilled telephone communicator with clients/suppliers/senior colleagues
  • Excellent and professional written communication. Confidently communicates with clients and suppliers
  • Demonstrable media planning experience (either B2B or B2C)
  • Hands on experience with digital media tools and systems (such as Google Campaign Manager)
  • Experience within direct, programmatic, social media, OOH, DOOH advertising
  • Excellent numeracy skills and accuracy
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • Commercial awareness and financial acumen
  • Initiative and ability to identify issues and develop solutions
  • Ability to handle a busy workload, prioritise and be flexible

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

As a Media Executive, you’ll be assisting the Head of Pharma Media and Strategic Performance Directors with the planning, buying and administration of first-class media campaigns. The role involves implementing media bookings, researching media opportunities, liaising with clients, creative agencies and internal specialists, and to assist on the reporting on the impact of media activity.

KEY DUTIES

  • Liaising with clients via phone and email providing excellent customer service, building rapport and client relationship
  • Negotiates improved rates for clients, securing added value where possible
  • Provides guidance to clients and agency partners regarding media schedules, creative specs etc.
  • Providing monthly reports
  • Regularly attends and contributes to team and supplier meetings
