Description:

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Bachelor’s Degree with relevant professional qualification
  • 4+ years’ working with Paid Media platforms i.e., DV360, Facebook, Google Ads, SA360
  • Asset: Google Ads certified / Google Marketing Platform certified / Facebook Ads certified
  • English language at advance level (C1)
  • Experience in planning, executing, managing, and optimizing multi-channel personalized campaigns
  • Experience using at least one industry leading Analytics tool, such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, IBM
  • Ability to analysis performance and consumer data, identifying campaign optimization and strategic audience segments
  • DMP familiarity, including 1st party, 2nd party and 3rd party data management
  • Commercially minded with a consistent record of driving return on investment
  • Understanding of media tagging and tracking technology i.e. pixels, UTM tags and parameters
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build relationships with external partners
  • An ability to work as part of a team, working on multiple projects at the same time

Responsibilities:

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

As the Media Manager in our Marketing European division, you will be delivering personalised Paid Media campaigns for our End Markets, assessing their media maturity, and discovering new media opportunities for them to activate. The successful candidate will be working with a mixture of strategy and hands-on work, implementing best practice, and driving innovation across Europe. The role is responsible for collaborating with market and global teams, agencies, and publishers to turn campaign strategy into activation but also scouting for the next innovative start-up that can help take the business at the next level. Prior experience across media platforms i.e., DV360, Facebook Ad Manager, Google Ads & SA360 is required.
Reports to: Media & Content Lead

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Delivery of personalized campaigns for Paid Media inc. campaign strategy, planning, agency management, being responsible for deployment and sharing results
  • Work closely with the CRM and Web teams to deliver personalization across multi-touchpoint consumer journeys
  • Produce campaign & creative briefs for media projects
  • Lead all aspects of campaign content and find alignment with other streams for effective deployment
  • Work with our European End Markets and media agencies to coordinate the campaign activation and optimization
  • Liaise with the Data teams and agencies to set up campaign tagging to track paid media efficiency
  • Develop relationships with external agencies or publishers - ensuring value from third parties is maximized
  • Implement and monitor A/B and multi-variate tests to optimize for conversions and other performance metrics
  • Proactively analyze opportunities and identify consumer behaviors that can be leveraged for testing
  • Contribute to the development and identification of Growth Hub projects, prioritizing programmes based on consumer, capability & commercial objectives
  • Champion paid media best practice across Europe - leading trainings, and producing educational material
  • Provide leadership, support, & expertise to junior colleagues, helping them to develop their careers and provide them with learning opportunities
