Description:

REQUIRED SKILLS:

The Media Operations Manager will have the majority of the following experience:

  • Proven experience in resource/traffic management within an integrated advertising agency or similar environment.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) would be desirable.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
  • Strong understanding of advertising and creative production processes, including media planning, concept development, design, and content production.

Responsibilities:

ROLE DETAILS

The successful candidate will have experience working in a media environment and will bring that experience to ensure our client is running their team in the most efficient and effective way possible.
They will oversee the internal day-to-day operations of the media offering as well as the thriving Creative and Content departments, ensuring that all processes are adhered to in line with the ISO9001 certifications and that all projects flow through the agency efficiently and effectively.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations for the creative studio, media, and content departments.
  • Develop and maintain efficient workflow processes to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Coordinate with various teams across the agency, inc. close collaboration with account management, to ensure all projects are within timeline and budget.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential bottlenecks or resource constraints, implementing solutions to mitigate risks and meet delivery targets.
  • Collaborate with line manager to optimise operational processes for increased efficiency and profitability.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and enhance agency capabilities.
