OVERVIEW

As the Media Strategy Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our clients’ brands through innovative and data-driven media strategies. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to help translate business objectives into impactful media strategy that informs the tactical media planning plans to captivate audiences and drive results. Responsibilities:

  • Acting as bridge between general brand strategy and media activation
  • Define media’s role within the client ecosystem to meet business objectives
  • Determine Media KPIs to support client business objectives
  • Define recommended budget allocation by lifecycle phase, journey moment or client objectives (depending on needs of the plan)
  • Support in audience definition and sizing as it pertains to media consumption habits and behaviours and work with the channel teams to understand addressability
  • Working closely with Directors of Media and activation teams to ensure media plans align to media strategies
  • Point of Contact with clients around media strategy delivery
  • Contribute to thought leadership, leading Media’s contribution to these deliverables (e.g. white papers, blog posts, client presentations)
  • Lead media reporting visualisation in collaboration with Media Analytics and Data Analytics teams
  • Contribute to recommendations on media strategy pivots required based on insights derived from media activation teams
  • Lead media portions of QBRs and strategic data assessment discussions with clients
  • Contribute to media contracts and proposals, working with SVP and Directors of Media to ensure proper definition of included and excluded scope.
  • Stay informed on other areas of BAM’s work with clients including web development, creative and CRM
  • Propose innovative service offerings and partnerships within the realm of digital advertising and paid media
  • Identify and help evaluate tools to facilitate media strategy development and follow up
