Our busy clinic in Mount Lawley is seeking a medical administrator. The role is a permanent part time position with 7.6 hour shifts scheduled Monday to Friday between the core hours of 8am and 5:30pm, approximately 3 days per week.

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA:

  • Previous medical reception experience (highly desirable)
  • Ability to multitask while using multiple computer systems
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment

Responsibilities:

  • Providing excellent customer service and patient care
  • Managing appointments to maximise customer service and clinic efficiency while adhering to KPIs
  • Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff and managers
  • Driving the delivery of high quality reception services when needed
