Our busy clinic in Mount Lawley is seeking a medical administrator. The role is a permanent part time position with 7.6 hour shifts scheduled Monday to Friday between the core hours of 8am and 5:30pm, approximately 3 days per week.
KEY SELECTION CRITERIA:
- Previous medical reception experience (highly desirable)
- Ability to multitask while using multiple computer systems
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment

Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent customer service and patient care
- Managing appointments to maximise customer service and clinic efficiency while adhering to KPIs
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff and managers
- Driving the delivery of high quality reception services when needed
