Our clinics in Midland MRI are seeking an enthusiastic and talented Medical Administrator and Typist to join the team. This is a 12 Month Fixed Term role, working 3 days per week working with a fantastic team who continue to develop their operations to achieve outstanding success.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Experience in customer service (preferably in a medical reception or high-volume environment).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to receive feedback.
• Resilience and ability to work autonomously.
• Good PC and systems skills with a high level of accuracy
• A self-motivated, reliable, and conscientious approach to your work

• Be the first point of contact for patients in person.
• Assist patients with bookings, preparation, and billing information.
• Accurately transcribe audio dictation from Radiologists providing backup support to the typing team as needed
• Support the healthcare team across multiple clinic locations (Hamilton – Anglesea, Braemar Hospital, Waikato Hospital).
