ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a Medical Communications Associate to provide communication services and strategies for our medical professionals including education, training and marketing initiatives, translating clinical data into impactful content that enables the field medical organisation to deliver powerful product value propositions. With a focus on the Vichy brands, the position contributes to the execution of new product developments, HCP educational content creation, sample kits, B2B strategy, campaign design and execution as well as supporting clinical research.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Develop impactful and compelling content in medical communication such as advisory board presentations, webinars, conference symposiums, key opinion leader briefings, generic discussion guides, HCP resources and strategic Omni campaigns.
  • Deliver initial local team training for new product developments.
  • Create, implement and localise medical communication tools from global teams and plans to support brand understanding and trust within medical representatives and health care professionals to drive recommendation of product.
  • Collaborate externally as required to utilise medical information and clinical trial outcomes to drive awareness, adoption, and loyalty among healthcare professionals and consumers.
  • Provide expert input and support to sample kit creation and boxing for congress, head office events and head office marketing initiatives.
  • Enable the field sales organisation to achieve sell-in and sell-out objectives by designing evidence-based product pitches, sale visit aids, information leaflets, sample kits and compelling storytelling transcripts.
  • Preparing content across various touchpoints like sales visit aids, information leaflets, medical training programs, EDM mail and newsletters, video, webinars, and communication material for events such as conferences.
  • Compiling key insights, clinical research and publications, competitive intelligence, market access and research and analysis to generate an extensive lexicon of dermatological therapy for the treatment and management of relevant skin conditions.
  • Create and manage medical, clinical, and evidence-based content for online tools, providing an engaging portal of information for field bases representatives.
  • Work with third party vendors and partners to deliver targeted messages across HCP communities.
  • Be the owner and key point of contact for all medical congress and medical education event logistics, set up, organisation and planning. Including identifying digital amplification opportunities.
