Position: Pain Specialist
Location: Abbotsford/Surrey
We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate pain specialist to join our team at Fraser Valley Cataract and Laser. While expertise in pain medicine is preferred, we welcome applications from doctors with a keen interest in pain management, including GPs and orthopedic specialists who are open to performing trigger point injections.

Job Description:
As a Pain Specialist with our team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of patients suffering from chronic pain. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive patient assessments to diagnose the source of pain.
- Developing personalized pain management plans.
- Administering interventional procedures, including trigger point injections.
- Monitoring and adjusting treatment plans to ensure optimal pain control.
- Educating patients on pain management techniques and self-care strategies.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in pain management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Medical degree and board certification in Pain Medicine.
- College of Physicians License
- Strong clinical skills and expertise in interventional pain management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to providing compassionate care to patients.
- Ability to work as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
- Able to perform TPIs and ESIs
