QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 2 years of experience as a Medical Information Associate or in a customer-facing role in the healthcare industry.
- Knowledge of Medicines Australia Code of Conduct, pharmacovigilance, and privacy requirements would be an advantage.
- A relevant tertiary qualification in biological sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or a medical discipline is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.
- Australian Citizenship or a current visa to live and work in Australia valid for at least 9 months.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a first line of contact for product information and professional Medical Information services for external and internal customers.
- Efficiently handle enquiries and requests from customers, including medical and scientific information enquiries.
- Maintain accurate and updated details of customer enquiries in relevant databases and ensure quality documentation and correspondence.
- Work in accordance with company procedures, guidelines, and external standards to ensure compliance with legislative and quality objectives.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams. Complete various administrative duties such as updating the CRM database, processing orders, and pharmacovigilance activities
