What you get to do every single day

• Pinpoint the foundation of the denial and resolve the denial
• Study and investigate denial-of-payment bills received from the payer
• Thoroughly research denials using all provided tools and take action to resubmit bills for reimbursement
• Prepare for resubmission corrected bills for reimbursement
• Minimum of at least 2-3 years of experience within the revenue cycle
• Proven knowledge of insurance regulations and policies, payment policies/guidelines and the ability to communicate and work with payers to get claims resolved and paid accurately
• Customer service and office administrative skills
• Proven knowledge of explanation of benefits (EOBs)
• Proficiency in medical claims
• Comprehensive knowledge of insurance claims
• Command of Microsoft Excel
• Previous denials management experience is valued
