SUMMARY

The Hospitals of Providence East Campus Medical Laboratory Scientist Lead are expected to lead according to five leadership attributes: Service, Quality, Cost, People, and Growth.

MINIMUM EDUCATION

• Associates degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field, or equivalent with 10 year experienceBachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences or related field, or equivalent

REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES

• Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks effectively and efficiently
• Ability to speak, read, and write fluent English
• Ability to learn and integrate technical aspects of the laboratory as a whole
• Ability to make quick and accurate decisions under stress and emergency situationsAbility to use computers (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
• 
  Experience Required: Minimum of 3 years experience in the field
