SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience in preparing medical education across many channels (print/web/email).
Relevant qualifications within marketing/science/healthcare/medical education.
AHPRA Registered practitioner desirable but not essential.
Strong communication in both written and verbal settings.
Experience with content management systems desired.
Ability to travel both interstate and internationally.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Coloplast is looking for a highly motivated Medical Marketing Associate to support in developing and implementing medical education materials and activities. Educational activities will utilise digital websites, emails, webinars, face to face events, and congress support.
This role is responsible for working in conjunction with the medical marketing plan for our ostomy and continence related product ranges across Australia and New Zealand, in line with the global and local market strategy.
Help shape the specialist education agenda (primarily for nurses) to ensure people get the care they deserve. Partner with key medical experts to optimise patient care through education.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop content and educational resources for external healthcare providers.
Partner with clinical experts to deliver education through the Coloplast Professional brand using omni-channel initiatives.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify gaps in the education market.
Support the activation of healthcare professional focused educational events including dinner events, webinars, and symposiums/conference sessions.
Report on education deployment, website utilisation, and market penetration.
Develop and deliver training for internal staff.
