Medical Marketing Leader (m/f/d) for Hospital Patient Monitoring
Job Description

Your role:

  • Develop and execute a medical marketing strategy to support Hospital Patient Monitoring (HPM)
  • Plan and execute marketing programs (campaigns, promotions, peer-to-peer education, congress activities, association relations, internal education sessions, and advisory boards) to achieve brand objectives, strategies, and sales targets
  • Lead the medical downstream marketing team for Hospital Patient Monitoring
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to accelerate the adoption of HPM Clinical Applications
  • Collaborate with medical affairs and regional and zone marketing team members to develop a comprehensive understanding of thought leaders, key accounts, regional opinion leaders, and influence networks
  • Support launch activation for both new and sustaining products/solutions and services
  • Develop sales enablement tools and messaging to support sales teams including the application of medical underpinning of value propositions and standard presentations for clinical leadership dialogues
  • Support Philips competitive squads and sales enablement teams with medical competitive assessments, proposed counter actions, objection management, and winning strategies
  • Collect market and customer feedback in collaboration with the Intelligence and Marketing Strategy team to support continuous improvement and inform future marketing strategies.

  • Strong clinical background
  • Extensive experience working with high-level medical thought leaders
  • Exceptional collaboration, partnership, and strategic thinking skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects across multiple regions and products
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to engage with world leaders in cardiology
  • Expertise in medical marketing, clinical marketing, and managing key opinion leaders
  • Experience with global thought leader management
  • Willingness to travel globally
  • Fluent in English
