Responsibilities:
ROLE SUMMARY:
They seek a dedicated Medical Office Administrator (MOA) to join their dynamic team. This pivotal role involves managing daily clinic operations, promoting a range of specialized services, and contributing to the clinic’s growth. The MOA serves as the first point of contact for the clinic, providing essential support and fostering team unity. This opportunity could evolve into a permanent position for the right candidate.
ROLE OVERVIEW:
- Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage appointments, phone calls, and patient inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain patient records, ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to privacy policies.
- Performing administrative tasks, such as filing paperwork and processing medical records.
- Providing information to patients about clinic services, policies, and procedures.
- Process billing and insurance claims accurately and handle financial transactions with discretion.
- Operate independently, proficiently managing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and administrative tasks.
- Engage in team-building and goal-setting activities to contribute to a positive work environment and achieve clinic objectives.
