We are seeking a customer service expert to join our team and provide compassionate care to our diverse patient base, including TLC and elderly patients.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English with effective communication abilities.
- Proficiency in using computers, Google Drive, and communications equipment.
- Ability to assess complex situations, establish priorities, and take appropriate action.
- Independent, flexible, and efficient work ethic.
- Interest in preventative health care and healthy living.
- Experience in ophthalmic procedures and equipment operation preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrating empathy and patience when interacting with all types of personalities, particularly TLC and elderly patients.
- Greeting patients warmly in person, on the phone, and by email.
- Performing diagnostic testing, including Visual Fields, OCT’s, Auto-refractions, and more.
- Assisting with direct patient care and doctor workups.
- Providing excellent customer service and fostering positive patient experiences.
- Managing billing, invoicing, and processing payments.
- Coordinating patient appointments and ensuring smooth clinic operations.
- Providing physicians and patients with attentive care and service.
- Tracking patient lab test results and scheduling follow-up appointments.
- Providing detailed instructions on various lab tests.
- Collaborating in the establishment of clinic systems and processes.
- Working closely with physicians and colleagues in a team-oriented clinical environment.
