This position provides customer service-focused care by greeting and assisting our patients and is responsible for patient registration, collection of payments and co-pays, obtaining and scanning documents from patients and referring providers, providing patient directions, and providing a welcoming atmosphere to the patients of Pacific Medical Centers.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Coursework/Training: Completion of PMC’s Competency Review for BOS/PSR/PAR Staff with a passing score within 90 days of hire.
• 1 year Customer service experience.
