REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Science degree
- Proven track of record in project/program management
- Min. 1 year of experience in Medical Affairs in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, including international/regional level experience, driving quality and governance efforts
- Ability to complete multiple tasks through setting priorities and exercising good judgment.
- Experience in working effectively in a matrix environment and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional partners to achieve goals.
- Ability to convey scientific concepts and information appropriately tailored to the audience
- Ability to navigate in changing environment
- Excellent social competencies and ability to work in a highly matrixed organization effectively and efficiently.
- Fluency in English

Responsibilities:
ABOUT THIS ROLE:
The Medical Affairs Projects Junior Manager is part of the Polish Medical Team and will work closely with entire Medical Team (Therapeutic Area Leads, Medical Managers, MLMs, Projects Coordinators) to support them in leading and managing medical projects in Poland.
He/she will partner with Medical Leads and other functions (Compliance, Legal, Finance, Commercial etc.) driving high-value Medical activities with a focus on excellence in execution (processes, compliance/ governance, communications).
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- External Engagements
- Work closely and independently with appropriate internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth medical strategy execution in terms of external engagements in line with internal policies (External Engagement software - ESE tool)
- Leading and managing cross-border engagements with the appropriate stakeholders at global, regional and local levels,
- Manage medical budget for assigned projects, including contracts and payments
- Materials and content development
- Medical materials content development and review:
- for advisory boards and other medical-scientific events/projects initiated by the Medical Team
- appropriate material review and approval process ensuring a timely, accurate and compliant process, with the involvement of all relevant stakeholders
- Leading medical projects including:
- External medical-scientific engagements (advisory board meetings, KME engagement at congresses, HCP medical education – e.g. webinars, Biogen educational events, scientific tools development)
- medical sponsorships management
- Driving sustainable operational efficiencies, ensuring best practice and knowledge sharing to improve the effective use of systems/technologies, to solve problems and optimizing the organizational structure to advance Polish Medical Team
- Guiding other in resolving operational problems, providing a new perspective on existing solutions/tools, act as the go-to person for Polish Medical Team to help the team navigate services and resources
- Coordinate and manage external agencies and vendors
