Description:
Our Best Starts with You!
We get it. Every company says their people matter but at Advara HeartCare, you really do. Because whatever your role here, you are our impact and you are our future.
We’re currently offering a permanent part-time position for a Medical Receptionist. As a member of our team, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering quality reception and administrative services that meet the highest professional and company standards. Your dedication will ensure that our patients, referrers, and customers receive the professional, caring, and friendly service they deserve. Whilst the position is predominantly at the Bunbury office, some travel may be required between the AHC sites and there may be a requirement to provide short-term administrative relief in other Practices from time to time when the situation arises, contributing to our commitment to excellence in healthcare delivery.
You’ll serve as a vital link between our patients and our medical staff, providing exceptional care and support throughout their visit. Your responsibilities will include reception duties, administrative tasks, and ensuring each patient feels valued and well-cared for.
