Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

Jones Radiology are seeking people-focused and customer-centric individuals to play a fundamental role in upholding Jones Radiology’s brand promise and delivering an outstanding patient and referrer experience.
This is a full-time, permanent position based at multiple Jones Radiology City Inner East clinic locations, including; St Andrew’s Hospital and St Andrew’s Hospital MRI. The successful applicants will work Monday to Friday, with rotating shifts between the core hours of 6.15am and 9.00pm.
Individuals in this role will predominantly work in-clinic as a Medical Receptionist; however, the roles’ duties include contributing to Booking (Contact Centre) shifts in-clinic or at our Central Contact Centre in Adelaide’s CBD between the core hours of 7am and 6.30pm.
You will also be expected to contribute to a weekend roster approximately once a month, and compensated accordingly.
Upon your commencement, you will be provided with a paid training program in Adelaide’s CBD to learn about Jones Radiology, medical imaging and how to deliver our exceptional patient experience.

YOUR ROLE

  • Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism.
  • Assist with patient billing and other in-clinic duties.
  • Schedule medical imaging appointments with care and efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and minimise patient effort.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with patients, referrers, and colleagues.
