Responsibilities:

  • Ensure responsiveness and effective communication with patients and referring healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver individualized, high-quality patient services.
  • Provide efficient administrative support by resolving issues promptly, managing medical records, and ensuring smooth clinic operations.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to patients both face-to-face and over the phone, promoting a compassionate and efficient service environment.
  • Clinic Coordination: Coordinate patient flow, monitor patient comfort, liaise with cardiologists and technical staff, manage appointments, and handle reception duties efficiently to ensure the smooth running of the clinic.
