JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and families by playing a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and support by:
- Answering phone calls and emails from patients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Scheduling appointments and managing patient bookings.
- Processing patient information and updating our electronic medical records system.
- Liaising with medical practitioners and other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth patient flow and optimal service delivery.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant computer applications.
- A keen interest in providing excellent patient care within the health sector.
