We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our team at Morwell and Traralgon clinics, occasionally working at our clinics in Wonthaggi and Warragul. This role is a permanent part time position, working rotating shifts Monday to Friday between 6:15am and 9.30pm.
What will you be doing?
- Greeting patients and providing high quality reception services
- Scheduling appointments for patients (e.g. x-ray, MRI, ultrasound)
- Performing general administrative tasks
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff and doctors
Our Ideal Candidate
- Previous medical receptionist experience(highly desirable but not essential)
- Experience in customer service/Administration
- Strong communication, IT skills and attention to detail
- Be able to maintain a high level of proffessionalism and confidentiality
- Ability to work fast paced, autonomously and in a team environment
