Our clinic in Thuringowa is seeking enthusiastic and talented medical receptionist to join the team. This is a casual position working with a fantastic team who continue to develop their operations to achieve outstanding success.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE:
Driving the delivery of high-quality reception
✨ Providing excellent customer service and patient care with confidentiality, respect and empathy
欄 Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff and managers
Responsibilities:
- Ability to be flexible with working hours
- Experience in a reception or administration role (highly desirable)
- Strong customer service skills and experience
- Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
