We are pleased to be offering a new opportunity for a Medical Receptionist/Contact Centre Agent to join the team in Dee Why, with occasional travel to the Chatswood clinic.
The role is a full time, permanent position working Monday to Friday, 7.5 hour shifts scheduled between the core hours of 7:45am and 5:15pm.
Reporting to the Area Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing high level reception duties and administrative services whilst ensuring the delivery of professional, caring and friendly services to patients and referrers both in person and as part of our inbound contact centre.

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA:

  • Previous medical receptionist and contact centre experience (highly desirable)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
