ABOUT THE ROLE

Sunshine Coast Radiology is seeking a full time Medical Receptionist who values teamwork with a high regard for quality patient care to be a valued member of our team, working in our Sunshine Coast University Private Hospital practice that offers X-ray, CT, MRI, Interventional, Mammography and Ultrasound Medical Imaging services.

As the first point of contact for our patients, your key responsibilities are:

• First impression of the practice as you meet and greet patients at the front desk
• Book patient appointments including applying your knowledge of medical rules
• Cash handling and patient account processing to include Medicare and Health funds
• Liaise with referrers, doctors, patients for delivery of patient medical results
