Responsibilities:

What a day looks like?
- Registering patients and processing relevant paperwork on arrival.
- Answering telephone promptly and responding to all enquiries.
- Scheduling of appointments using our state-of-the-art systems.
- Determine and inform our patients of correct preparation requirements prior to their arrival.
- Manage and prepare appointments to maximise efficiencies for the clinic.
- Quote fees and Medicare rebates to patients.
- Process all Private, Medicare, DVA and third-party insurance claims.
