ABOUT US

DDR is a large comprehensive practice associated with South Coast Radiology (SCR). The longest standing radiology provider to Southeast Queensland and is part of the Australia wide Integral Diagnostics (IDX) radiology group network.
Based conveniently walking distance from the city centre, the site offers Ultrasound, X-ray, CT, Mammography, Interventional procedure as well as MRI and Nuclear Medicine onsite. Boasting Radiologists in the practice daily, we have a strong reputation with the Darling Downs and surrounding community for care and service.

Responsibilities:

What a day looks like?

  • Registering patients and processing relevant paperwork on arrival.
  • Answering telephone promptly and responding to all enquiries.
  • Scheduling of appointments using our state-of-the-art systems.
  • Determine and inform our patients of correct preparation requirements prior to their arrival.
  • Manage and prepare appointments to maximise efficiencies for the clinic.
  • Quote fees and Medicare rebates to patients.
  • Process all Private, Medicare, DVA and third-party insurance claims.
