We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Medical Receptionist to join our team at Redcliffe Skin Cancer Centre on a casual basis. This position is for 2 days per week (Monday & Friday), plus coverage for sick and annual leave as needed.
Our current opening hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and select Saturdays from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. Shifts may be rostered between 7:30 am and 5:30 pm.

As a medical receptionist in our practice, you will be responsible for:

• Warmly greeting and assisting patients
• Scheduling appointments and pro-actively coordinating the appointment book
• Accurate data entry of patient information
• Processing payments
• Managing phone and email queries
• Assisting in tidying up consult rooms
• General administration duties as required
