ABOUT THE POSITION:
Our client is looking for a dedicated and experienced Medical Receptionist to join their team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the medical industry, with a particular emphasis on patient communication and administrative excellence.
This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic, providing the first point of contact for our patients, and supporting the healthcare team with a range of administrative tasks.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience as a receptionist in the medical industry is a bonus but not essential.
- Proficiency in Best Practice booking software, with the ability to manage appointments and patient records efficiently is ideal
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on patient care.
- Ability to work effectively in a team, as well as independently.
- Strong organizational skills, with the capability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to privacy laws.
